Consent to the processing of personal data/

- You hereby grant your consent to Freesport, s.r.o., with its registered office at Jana Zajíce 209/31, 1700 00, Prague 7, ID No.: 25412809, registered in the public register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 138225 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), to use your personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") to process the following personal data.
- The name, surname, company name, telephone number and e-mail may be processed on the basis of your consent and is necessary for the purpose of registration for the Byrokrat Cup. This data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 10 years.
- You give your express consent to the above processing. The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to the contact details of sasa@freesport.cz
- The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller.
- Please note that according to the Regulation you have the right to: - withdraw your consent at any time; - request information about what personal data we process about you, request a copy of this data; - request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or request a restriction on processing; - request that we delete this personal data; - request data portability; - lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or go to court.
